Terms of Service

Last updated: March 21, 2026

1. Service Description

ChargebackWin ("Service") is a document preparation tool that generates chargeback response letter templates based on information you provide. The Service uses bank-compliant templates and an automated scoring engine to assist merchants in preparing dispute responses.

The Service is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The generated documents are templates based on industry best practices and should be reviewed before submission. We do not guarantee any specific outcome for your chargeback dispute.

2. Account & Purchases

You may create an account using Google Sign-In. The Service operates on a per-case purchase model. Each purchase unlocks the full response letter, evidence checklist, and downloadable files for the specified number of chargeback cases.

Purchased cases are non-transferable and do not expire. Case packs may be used at any time after purchase.

3. Service Delivery

The Service is considered fully delivered at the moment a response letter is generated and made available for viewing and download. Once a letter is unlocked with credits, the transaction is complete.

4. Data Sharing Rebate

As a goodwill gesture, we offer a voluntary 50% Data Sharing Rebate to users who share their bank's rejection letter with us. This rebate is:

  • Entirely voluntary and at our sole discretion
  • Not a refund — the Service was fully delivered upon letter generation
  • Conditional on providing a genuine bank rejection document
  • Intended to help us improve our templates and scoring accuracy

To request a Data Sharing Rebate, email your bank rejection letter to scott@chargebackwin.net.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to: submit fraudulent or misleading information to banks; generate responses for disputes you know to be illegitimate; reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the generated templates.

6. Limitation of Liability

ChargebackWin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for the outcome of any chargeback dispute. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
