Accuracy of User Input

The quality and relevance of the generated response letter depend entirely on the information you provide. ChargebackWin is not responsible for dispute outcomes resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information entered by the user, including but not limited to: selecting the wrong dispute category, providing inaccurate transaction details, or uploading irrelevant evidence.

While our system may auto-detect dispute types and extract information from uploaded documents, these are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming all inputs before generating a response.

Template-Based Generation

ChargebackWin uses hardcoded, bank-compliant templates. AI is used only to polish customer communication summaries (e.g., translating non-English text to professional English). AI does not generate legal arguments, cite regulations, or create content not derived from your input.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChargebackWin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or the outcome of any chargeback dispute — including, without limitation, losses resulting from unsuccessful disputes, missed deadlines, or responses generated based on incorrect user input.
